The contact form sends your name, email address, service interest, and message directly to Petronela so she can respond. Your email address is included as the reply address. Avoid including medical details or other sensitive information.

Inquiries may be held temporarily in the hosting server’s email queue and retained in the recipient’s mailbox under that email service’s policies. Delivery-error notices may also be retained in the hosting account’s system mailbox. The website does not keep a separate inquiry database or save your form fields in browser storage.

Spam protection

The form uses verification tokens, request limits, and a field designed to detect automated submissions. Temporary security records contain request times, submission identifiers, and a hashed network address. They expire after 24 hours and are removed during subsequent form requests. Message contents are not included in these security records.

Cookies and website technology

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or application cookies. Fonts, scripts, styles, and photographs are served from the site’s own hosting. Standard hosting access and error logs may contain technical request information such as an IP address, requested page, time, and browser information.
